Corporate history

1945 April Founded Seiki Gosei Industrial Co.
1968 April Changed the company name into Seiki Industrial Co. Ltd
1972 October Developed hot runner injection molding equipment to rationalize injection molding process. Acquired patent for it under the name of "Spear System" in Japan and eleven other countries. Started its production and sales.
1972 October Opened Tokyo office and Osaka office
1975 October Invention of Spear System was awarded「特許庁長官奨励賞」
1977 April Opened Nagoya office.
1984 May Opened Tohoku office.
1985 October Founded Spear System GMBH (SSS GMBH) in Germany.
1985 November Science Museum(England) displayed Spear System.
1989 April The invention of the runnerless injection molding equipment was awarded「科学技術庁長官賞」.
1990 April Introduced newly-invented re-metering hold-pressure molding equipment "Super Cycle".
