2 models of compact controller are available for small-cavity-number molding to control Valve system and Spear system. < Advantages > Conventional HC type (for Valve) and AYC type (for Spear) were integrated into this new controller type. The two models of controller are available for controlling Seiki’s almost all Valves and Spear probes. Their common type of display improves operationality and service-parts compatibility. Upgraded controller Quick-blow fuses equipped in all output circuit phases prevent in-circuit damage of semiconductors. 5bit Analog to Digital Converter is incorporated in the temperature-measuring circuit.

Pneumatic Drive Valve System Individual control on each valves < Advantages > The LCD touch panel makes checking and the modification of settings easy. It enables to get a grasp on the operation conditions readily available. It also shows Warning messages that indicate alarming conditions. O/C on the PLC direct drives the Solenoid valves. This system uses no relay therefore it enables to prevent the Solenoid valves from a malfunction caused by contact fault. Bigger air supply hose. Pneumatic circuit configuration stabilizes the open/close operation of the valves.
